Club Membership Application
165$One-hour checkout flight. Applicant document evaluation. One-time, non-refundable, includes taxes and transaction fees. Must be at least 18 years old.- Active Member Status.

- Access to our flight schedule.
- Voting rights at our general and annual meetings.
- Social opportunities to meet other pilots.
- Responsible Members have monthly dues of $50, plus tax.

Please have copies of your Pilot Certificates (front & back), Medical Certificate, Driver's License, Flight Review/Check Ride, and Logbook Totals ready to upload during the application. We are available at info@persimmonhollowaeroclub.com if you have any issues.
